Outside the sales page, Mitolyn reviews are few and mostly negative: a 1.4 TrustScore from 42 reviews and an F on two BBB listings. The vendor says its own testimonials are not typical. Complaints center on missing results, refunds, order size and shipping. Refunds go through ClickBank within 90 days of the order, and a card dispute must reach the issuer within 60 days.

Mitolyn reviews and complaints sit in very different places, and they rarely agree. We read the Mitolyn sales page, its refund and terms pages, the ClickBank return policy, two BBB listings, an archived Trustpilot page and FTC guidance on testimonials and billing disputes. For the formula and the ingredient research, read our full Mitolyn review; this page sticks to what buyers report and what you can do about it.
The sales page claims 39,208 reviews but links to none of them, while the outside ratings we could read are low: a 1.4 TrustScore from 42 reviews and an F on both BBB listings.[1][8][7] ProveNutra earns a commission if you buy through our links; it does not change what we report. Our affiliate disclosure explains how that works.

|---|---|
| Prices | $79, $177 and $294 for 1, 3 and 6 bottles[1] |
| Refund window | 90 days from the order date, requested through ClickBank[2] |
| Trustpilot | TrustScore 1.4 from 42 reviews in a June 2025 snapshot[8] |
| BBB | Two Mitolyn listings, both rated F and neither accredited[7] |
| Testimonials | The vendor’s own terms call them exceptional, not typical[3] |
| Where to complain | ClickBank first, then your card issuer, the BBB and the FTC[5][10][11] |
What do Mitolyn reviews and complaints actually say?
Away from the sales page, Mitolyn reviews lean hard toward one star, and the complaints are mostly about money and missing results. In the archived Trustpilot page, 39 of 42 reviews gave one star. Both BBB listings carry an F, though the complaint pages behind those grades did not open for us.[8][7]
The sales page shows a star badge “based on 39,208 reviews” with no link to where those reviews live, and a note that 96% of customers order six bottles.[1] Neither number can be checked from outside the page.
Two Trustpilot reviews from that snapshot give a sense of the problems people describe. One buyer said their weight went up 4.6 kg over eight weeks and that they were told to send the product back for a refund. Another reported no change after four of six bottles.[8] These are single accounts from mid-2025, and 42 reviews is a small sample.

Where can you read Mitolyn reviews outside the sales page?
Trustpilot and the BBB are the two outside sources we could read, and both were partly locked. Trustpilot’s live page blocked automated reading, so we used a June 2025 archive. The BBB search page lists two Mitolyn businesses, but their complaint pages returned an error for us.[8][7]
| Source | What we could read | Count or rating | Date read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mitolyn sales page | A star badge with no linked reviews | 39,208 reviews claimed[1] | October 19, 2026 |
| Trustpilot | Unclaimed profile, archived copy | TrustScore 1.4, 42 reviews[8] | June 17, 2025 snapshot |
| BBB, Boise, Idaho | Listing at ClickBank’s address | Rating F, not accredited[7] | October 2026 |
| BBB, McHenry, Illinois | Second Mitolyn listing | Rating F, not accredited[7] | October 2026 |
| Threads not read for this page | No figure we can verify | Not reported |
The Trustpilot split was lopsided: 93% one-star, 5% two-star and 2% five-star, with no three or four-star reviews at all. The profile was unclaimed, which means the company had not taken it over to reply.[8]
The Boise BBB listing uses ClickBank’s street address and the same phone number Mitolyn gives for international refund calls.[7][2] The charge on a buyer’s card comes from ClickBank, so complaints may land under that address.
Reddit is where plenty of buyers go next. We did not count or check Reddit threads for this page, so we give no Reddit numbers. If you read them, give more weight to posts that include order dates and the refund steps taken, and less to accounts that post the same product link over and over.
Why can’t the testimonials on the Mitolyn site be verified?
Mitolyn’s own terms say its testimonials are exceptional results that do not reflect the typical buyer’s experience. The same terms say names such as Andrew Lambert are pen names, and that the company may use actors or voice actors to re-enact customer stories.[3] A reader cannot trace a quoted buyer back to a real order.
The FTC Endorsement Guides set the rule for this. An ad that shows a specific result is read as a promise that others can expect it too, and the FTC says labels like “Results not typical” or “Individual results may vary” do not change that reading. The advertiser has to prove the results are typical or clearly disclose what people generally get.[6] We did not find a figure for typical results on the sales page we read.[1]
The FTC’s consumer page on weight-loss ads says plainly: “Any promise of miraculous weight loss is simply untrue.” It also warns that some ads dress up as news stories with stolen logos from real news outlets.[9] The Mitolyn headline promises a “Purple Peel Exploit” that “Vaporizes Fat Cells,” which is the kind of claim that page tells shoppers to question.[1]
Before you trust any Mitolyn review, including ours, run these checks:
- Does the page say whether it earns money from sales? Ours does, and our review method lists what we read.
- Does the reviewer give dates, prices and the refund steps they took?
- Are before-and-after photos tied to a named, checkable person?
- Does a “news” article end on a buy button for the same product?
- Is the review on a site the seller does not control, such as Trustpilot or the BBB?
What are the most common Mitolyn complaints?
The complaints we could read fall into four kinds: results that never showed up, refunds that felt slow or confusing, bigger orders than the buyer meant to place, and shipping. We could not count complaints by type, because the BBB complaint pages did not load, so the table below has no ranking.[7][8]
| Complaint | What the policy says | Your move | Deadline |
|---|---|---|---|
| No results | The vendor asks for at least 2 months of use first[2] | Weigh in at the start and again near day 70, then decide | Before day 90 from the order date[2] |
| Refund not showing | Credits take 5-10 business days and go back to the original payment method[2][5] | Call ClickBank with your order number | Card dispute within 60 days of the bill[10] |
| Larger order than planned | One-time payment, no auto-ship, per the sales page FAQ[1] | Match each charge to your ClickBank receipt | The same 90-day refund window[2] |
| Shipping | US orders 5-7 working days, other countries 10-15[4] | Ask ClickBank for tracking, then a refund if it never arrives | Card dispute within 60 days of the bill[10] |
The refund window counts from the order date, not from the day the box arrives, so a slow delivery eats into it.[2]
How do you handle a slow or refused Mitolyn refund?
Ask ClickBank for the refund, since ClickBank is the retailer that took your payment. Use clkbank.com or call 1-800-390-6035 in the US, or +1-208-345-4245 from abroad, before day 90 from the order date. The refund page says the credit can take 5-10 business days to appear.[2]
The refund page allows 90 days from the order date and says you do not need to return any bottles. Return shipping, and shipping or customs on orders outside the US, are not refunded.
Two Mitolyn pages disagree about bottles. The refund page says you do not need to return any, while the sales page FAQ says to “return all bottles (even if empty)”.[2][1] Keep the bottles and the packing slip until ClickBank confirms in writing which rule applies to your order.
ClickBank’s own policy adds limits. It credits refunds only to the payment method used for the purchase, and it cannot refund a one-time purchase if that card account has been closed.[5] If you plan to cancel the card, ask for the refund first. After the seller’s window ends, ClickBank says buyers have to deal with the seller directly, and it may block customers who ask for repeated returns.[5]
Write down the date, time and the agent’s name for each call, and save every email. If the money has not arrived after 10 business days, you have a paper trail for the card issuer.
Did buyers get charged more than they expected?
The sales page says every order is a one-time payment with no auto-ship, so a repeat charge is worth disputing right away. Most surprise costs come from the page design instead: crossed-out prices of $197 to $1182, a 30-minute countdown clock and a note that 96% of buyers pick six bottles.[1]
The six-bottle package costs $294, while one bottle costs $79.[1] A buyer who meant to try one bottle and ended up with six still has the full 90-day window for the whole order.[2] In the US, shipping is $9.95 on one or three bottles and free on six, according to the shipping page.[4]
We could not see any pages that come after payment, so we cannot say whether more offers follow checkout. Check your statement for charges from ClickBank, which the sales page names as the retailer, and match each one to a line on your receipt.[1] A charge you did not agree to goes to ClickBank first, then to your card issuer.
What if Mitolyn did not work for you?
Missing results are a steady theme in the one-star reviews we read, and the refund policy covers that case as long as you ask within 90 days. The vendor asks buyers to take Mitolyn for at least two months before asking for money back, which leaves roughly four weeks to decide.[2][8]
The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements says there is little scientific evidence that weight-loss supplements work, and that their makers rarely study them in people.[12] The NIDDK suggests a first goal of losing 5% of body weight over 6 months through changes in eating and activity.[13] That timeline is longer than the refund window.
Weigh yourself on the same scale, on the same morning each week, and write it down. Put a reminder in your calendar for day 70 from the order date. If the numbers have not moved by then, request the refund while there is time for a slow reply.
How do you file a complaint about Mitolyn?
Go to ClickBank first, then your card issuer if money is still missing, then the BBB and the FTC. ClickBank can issue the refund and the card issuer can reverse a charge. The BBB and the FTC take written reports. Each step needs your order number and dates.[5][10][11]
- Contact ClickBank at clkbank.com or 1-800-390-6035, give the order number and ask for written confirmation of the refund.[2]
- Wait 5-10 business days for the credit to post to your original payment method.[2]
- If it does not post, write to your card issuer at its billing-error address. The FTC says the letter must reach the issuer within 60 days after the first bill with the error was sent to you.[10]
- Send that letter by certified mail with a return receipt, include copies of your receipts and keep a copy for yourself.[10]
- Expect the issuer to acknowledge your letter within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days. The law covers bills for items you returned or never got.[10]
- File with the BBB under the Mitolyn listing that matches your order. The Boise listing sits at ClickBank’s address.[7]
- Report the problem to the FTC through its online consumer report form.[11]
Debit cards and other payment types may not follow the same dispute rules, since the FTC page describes credit cards and other revolving accounts.[10] Ask your bank how it handles disputes before the 60 days run out.
The bottom line on Mitolyn complaints
The outside record on Mitolyn is small and negative, and the vendor’s testimonials cannot be checked. The refund route is written down, though, and ClickBank is the place to use it. For most buyers the safer move is to treat any order as a 90-day trial with a firm end date, and to keep every receipt.[2][5]
If the formula itself is your question, our full Mitolyn review covers what the ingredient studies found. If you have already bought and something went wrong, work through the steps above in order and keep an eye on both deadlines.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a Mitolyn customer service phone number?
Yes. Refunds and order questions go through ClickBank at 1-800-390-6035 in the US or +1-208-345-4245 from other countries. You can also manage the order online at clkbank.com. The refund page lists contact@mitolyn.com for product questions.
Do I have to send the bottles back to get a Mitolyn refund?
The refund page says no bottles need to be returned, but the sales page FAQ says to return all bottles, even empty ones. Keep the bottles and packing slip until ClickBank tells you in writing which rule applies to your order.
Does Mitolyn charge you every month?
The sales page FAQ says each order is a one-time payment with no auto-ship or subscription. If a second charge appears that you did not order, contact ClickBank first, then dispute it with your card issuer within 60 days of the bill.
How long does a Mitolyn refund take to arrive?
The refund page says a credit can take 5-10 business days to show up, and ClickBank returns it only to the card or account used for the purchase. Note the date of your request so you know when to follow up.
Can I get a Mitolyn refund after 90 days?
The refund policy says no request is accepted after 90 days from the order date. ClickBank says that after a seller window closes, buyers must deal with the seller directly, so a late refund depends on the vendor agreeing to it.
