About Daniel

Daniel Brooks is the Reviews Editor at ProveNutra. He is not a doctor, dietitian or pharmacist, and he does not give medical advice. His job is narrower: to read what a supplement seller puts in front of you and check it against the label, the published research and the terms of the sale.

Daniel has spent years reading consumer product terms and research summaries, first for his own purchases and then for friends and family who kept asking whether an offer they saw online was worth it. That habit became a method. He finds the full Supplement Facts panel, compares each dose with the amounts used in studies, and looks up every ingredient on NIH and FDA pages. He then reads the refund policy, the shipping rules and any auto-ship terms line by line, because that is where many buyers lose money. He also saves a copy of what the seller promised on the day he checked, since sales pages change often.

Daniel does not personally test the products he reviews, and he says so. He works from what any careful buyer could check, with the sources listed and dated on every page. When a seller changes a price, a label or a refund window, he updates the review. When a reader finds a mistake, he corrects it and notes the change. His aim is simple: before you click buy, you should know the full cost, the real dose and the way out.
